Build the business. Keep the life.

You got in for the freedom. Nobody taught the business that creates it. I teach that here, shaped to your goals, because no one system fits every agent.

The Estate Collective is a boutique brokerage in Hammond, Louisiana, built for agents who want to run a real business, their version of one. The training is real, the mentorship is direct, and nobody here is handed someone else's playbook.

I built the training arm before I recruited a single agent. That order was the point.

What you get here.

Taught, not onboarded.

A real curriculum through The Estate Atelier, the firm's education arm. Pricing logic, marketing, negotiation, and the systems that keep a business from running its owner.

Tools that earn their place.

AI is part of daily practice here. You will learn what it does, what it does not, and how to put it to work on listings, marketing, and research.

A standard that travels.

Every client gets the same preparation, whatever the price point. Your name gets built on that consistency, and so does the firm's.

Why this firm exists.

I started as a business developer, building brands and strategies for other people's companies. When I moved into real estate, I noticed what most agents learn the hard way. The freedom everyone gets in for does not come with the license. It has to be built, with systems, with numbers, and usually with someone patient enough to show you how. Most brokerages never teach that part. The training is a sales meeting. The mentorship is whoever sat nearby.

I got my license, then my broker's license, and when I could not find a franchise whose values I wanted to work under, I built the brokerage myself. The Estate Collective is what I wished existed when I was the new agent in the room. Someone willing to teach the whole business, stay patient through the hard parts, and care how my life turned out, not just my production.

Four things you can verify.

Training that exists in writing.

The Estate Atelier is not a promise on a recruiting page. It is a curriculum. Pricing, marketing, contracts, and the systems that give you your time back, taught in sequence.

The brand is already built.

Signs, listing presentations, marketing, all of it designed and maintained in-house. From your first listing, your work looks like it came from an established firm, because it did.

Technology in daily use.

AI-assisted workflows for listing prep, marketing, and research, taught hands-on. Most brokerages mention technology. Here you will be using it by the end of your first week.

A broker who answers.

The roster is small by design. When you call with a problem at the closing table, you get me, not a help desk.

We hire agents who

Do the preparation before the appointment.

Tell clients the truth at the table.

Keep their word on small things.

Treat every price point the same.

Ask the question instead of guessing.

Keep learning after the license.

Andrea has been my mentor for the last few years, and although I have had several mentors throughout my career, I can honestly say she is the best. She truly cares about my success, will pinpoint opportunities for me to grow, and works with me on the things I struggle with. I recommend her to any agent.

Andrea is my Broker, and she is the best. So knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with me as a new agent. She has guided me every step of the way, and I am more confident each day thanks to her. Any agents looking for a place to call home, look no further.

The practical part.

Training

The Estate Atelier curriculum, team meetings, and one-on-one coaching when you need it. Included.

Marketing

The brand system, buyer and seller marketing, the sign system, and materials that market you, not just your listings. Included.

Mentorship

Direct access to the broker. Not a program, a phone number.

Technology

Taught, not issued. I will teach you to build a tech stack you own, fitted to how you work, because no one system fits every agent and no software of mine should tie you to me.

Why The Estate Collective

I am not recruiting a downline, and I am not collecting desk fees. I am building a brokerage for agents who got into real estate for the freedom and the flexibility, and then found out those are harder to reach than the licensing course implied. Not because you cannot sell. Because nobody handed you the systems that let a business run without consuming its owner.

That is what I teach. Patiently, specifically, and for as long as it takes. Your brand, your systems, your version of a business, built so it still works wherever your career goes. I know that sounds strange coming from a broker. It is also the reason my agents stay. That is true whether you were licensed last month or ten years ago.

The Best of St. Tammany golds say the standard works. Hashim's words above say the part I care about more. My agents have a habit of becoming my friends, because I genuinely care how their lives turn out, not just how their production looks. I did not plan that. It is what happens when the mentorship is real.

If this sounds like the place you have been looking for, tell me about yourself. The application takes about ten minutes, and I read every one myself.
